Authentic Japanese rootstock

Our trees descend from authentic Japanese yuzu varieties — Tadanishiki and the upcoming Taganishiki. Real yuzu, not lookalikes.

Drip-irrigated, low-input

100% drip irrigation across all 73.9 hectares. Lower water use, healthier root systems, more concentrated aromatic compounds in the rind.

Hand-picked with scissors

Every fruit cut by hand to protect the oil glands in the peel. The technique that defines Japanese yuzu — applied here, by trained crews.

July harvest, juice all year

Yuzu is harvested once a year in July. We press and refrigerate the entire season's juice in a single tightly-controlled run.

Unbroken cold chain

Chilled within hours of pressing. Stored under temperature-controlled refrigeration year-round.
